When I first heard about Tribes I thought it was all about internet marketing and back then it wasn't something that interested me that much (oh how times have changed! ) so I dismissed it.

Well it's said that when the pupil is ready the teacher will appear. Ed Dale (yes one of the masterminds of the Thirty Day Challenge) mentioned it the other day in terms of leadership and said that free downloads were available. He didn't push the marketing side but said that it explained leadership, especially for reluctant leaders. Now I've always struggled with leadership and that I interpreted leadership as responsibility for others (not to others but for others and there is a difference). Seth Godin defines leadership in a different way all together and it's a way I can certainly relate to.
