This is a cost effective way to transform your life by attending a weekend course (usually 3 days) in a city near you.This course transformed my life and it can do the same for you.

Why do I mention the cost first? Because a friend was trying to get me to go to several different personal development courses and most of them seemed to cost a lot of money, and had thousands of people attending them. That wasn't for me. As I started speaking to friends about self improvement courses one person mentioned the Landmark Forum. I had never heard of it. She told me how she used to be shy, quiet and didn't really like herself very much. That description simply didn't fit the beautiful self assured woman that I knew. The course had also cured her marital problems. I went along to a local guest evening and then signed up for the course in London, UK (the courses are actually international).

The first thing I remember about the course was the room. I found out later that there was about 90 people there, with a central stage and 3 microphones. Microphones! I wasn't about to get up there and talk. In my mind I was already imagining some sort of Jerry Springer show. Nothing could have been further from that! I was very skeptical that it would do anything especially when they told me all I had to do was sit and listen all weekend and I'd get it. I didn't even have to get up to the microphone!

Did the Landmark Forum transform my life? It has certainly given me some tools to transform the way I look at things. If you read some of the mindset articles on this site you'll learn that context is everything, so tranforming the way that you look at things actually does transform your life. I know longer argue with my Mum. I can easily tell my family and friends that I love them. I'm still married and before the Landmark forum I wouldn't have placed a bet that we'd still be together. My husband was so impressed that he dud the course too, and so have several of my friends and family. I did the full Curriculam for Living but you can do the Landmark Forum and stop there if you want to.

Something that amazed me long after I'd been to the Landmark Forum was that in a group of people I can often tell who has attended the course. I've been on an internet marketing course and there was group of nine of us, mostly strangers chatting at a break and someone mentioned Landmark Education. All nine of us had attended the Landmark Forum. And lastly but not least some of the business people I most admire have participated in the Landmark Forum.
