That's a great title isn't it. Passive income does not exist.This is where you quote what all your favourites authors (and some of ours) have said on the subject.Sorry but it's true. No income is completely passive. For example take property. Even if you have the best property portfolio in the world managed by the best property manager you still have to take his or hers calls. At some stage you actually have to do something to get an extra stream of income. So rather than call it passive income let's call it residual income. Now that we know exists. Do the work once and get paid several times! Residual income is alive and well. You just have to find out what you're interested in.
